GP changes
Dr Bunting has now left Kirton Medical Centre and Dr Lowe is now the Senior GP Partner with Dr David Wordsworth and Dr Muhammed Khan joining the partner ship in April 2023. Dr Wordsworth joins us from a practice in Norfolk, but knows Boston and Lincolnshire well having been working training GPs here for the last year. Dr Khan joins us from working in Spalding, having trained as a GP in the local area. Dr Khan and Dr Wordsworth both have good experience in General Practice, and we are sure you will welcome them both. Both have already done some days working with us, so have begun to meet you. Together with Dr Lowe, they are excited to be leading Kirton Medical Centre into the future.
Staff Changes
Unfortunately we are going to be loosing Kay Jones our Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP). Kay has decided to move back to Somerset to be close to family and will be doing so mid Jan 2024. She will be missed but we wish her all the very best.
Some of you will already be aware that James Glenn is now acting as our newly qualified ANP and will be taking over the duties from Kay in the New Year. However he will be supervised by Dr Wordsworth until his training has been completed.
